Terri Stewart has been named director of campus safety at �ؾ���.

Trustee emeritus Robert Fox ’59, GP’23,’25 has given $10 million to build Fox Hall at �ؾ���, the first residence hall of the University’s fifth Residential Commons. The gift was acknowledged by the Board of Trustees during its fall meeting, Sept. 30–Oct. 1.

On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, �ؾ��� men’s soccer alumni gathered to dedicate three team lockers to the memory of former players who died in attacks on the World Trade Center. 

Renee Madison, director of human resources for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Ind., has been named vice president for equity and inclusion at �ؾ���.

�ؾ��� has announced fall semester plans that reduce COVID-related restrictions while keeping a close eye on infection data and the rapid spread of the delta variant.

During its spring meeting, the �ؾ��� Board of Trustees approved a series of appointments to endowed professorships, effective July 1, 2021.

Two members of the �ؾ��� Class of 2021, Jake Gómez and William “Paul” McAvoy, will share this year’s 1819 Award, which recognizes character, scholarship, and service to others, best exemplifying the �ؾ��� spirit.
