Members of the �ؾ��� classes of 2022–25 will now benefit from an additional expansion of the University’s no-loan initiative under the �ؾ��� Commitment.

On June 1, �ؾ��� announced the �ؾ��� Commitment: An Initiative in Access and Affordability.

Join Professor of Mathematics and LGBTQ Studies Ken Valente and Head of Special Collections and University Archives Professor Sarah Keen as they discuss a multi-year digital history project focused on the legacy of LGBTQ students and activism at �ؾ���. 

To commemorate the legacy and life of civil rights leader Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Africana, Latin, Asian, and Native American (ALANA) Cultural Center organized a 10-day series of events in collaboration with offices and departments across campus.

One vital element of a �ؾ��� education is access to award-winning Career Services support. More than 230 second-year students leveraged that access during the University’s annual SophoMORE Connections event, which was held virtually, January 5–19. 

Daniel Benton ’80, P’10, H’10 has secured his place as �ؾ���’s most generous benefactor, making a $25 million gift in support of the University’s Middle Campus Plan for Arts, Creativity, and Innovation and other elements within The Third-Century Plan.

�ؾ��� announced the creation of two endowed faculty chairs that will support teaching and research in areas important to The Third-Century Plan.

Filmmaker Julie Cohen ’86 has found joy in documenting the lives of women, making her an ideal guest speaker during �ؾ���’s yearlong 50th anniversary celebration of coeducation.

The �ؾ��� Professional Networks convened medical and legal professionals from the University community for a panel discussion on “The Search for a Treatment: A Conversation About COVID-19.”
