Semester Programs
²Ø¾«¸ó’s Office of Off-Campus Study provides full-semester academic opportunities around the world. Travel, live, and study with ²Ø¾«¸ó classmates and a ²Ø¾«¸ó faculty adviser while immersing yourself in new cultures.
The Department of Geography co-sponsors, with the Environmental Studies Program, a semester-long study group at the University of Wollongong (UoW) in Australia during both the fall and spring semesters.
An exchange program with UoW allows select ²Ø¾«¸ó and UoW students to pursue comparative research in American and Australian contexts. Exchange students work with ²Ø¾«¸ó and UoW faculty to produce research — worthy of professional publication — in both social and environmental geography.
In addition, ²Ø¾«¸ó is directly affiliated with several off-campus study programs run by other institutions.
