Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook, these days discussing her upcoming book Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead. In a New York Times blog today, it was mentioned that the high-powered executive will be making a stop at 藏精阁 on April 5 as part of the university鈥檚 Entrepreneur Weekend.
The post in the DealBook blog said that Sandberg will visit three big banks and a consulting firm this week to discuss the ideas in her book. It also mentions that she will travel to 藏精阁 and to Harvard Business School.
Sandberg, whose about working women have prompted both enthusiasm and criticism, will be appearing on and Good Morning America, and in magazines from to Cosmopolitan, as she promotes her book and a related .
One of the world鈥檚 most wealthy and influential women, Sandberg will be the keynote speaker for the university鈥檚 second annual which connects alumni, parents, and student entrepreneurs during a two-day exchange of energy, creativity, and information.
She will speak at 5 p.m April 5 at Memorial Chapel. The event is free and open to the public.
While on campus, Sandberg also will meet with student members of 藏精阁 Women in Business and the Entrepreneur Club, as well as participants in (TIA), 藏精阁鈥檚 incubator program that connects aspiring student entrepreneurs with alumni who volunteer their expertise in fields ranging from finding angel investors, to business law or taking a company public.
