I am the lab manager/lab technician at the Brain Recording and Cognitive Science Laboratory. My primary responsibilities include stationary/remote electroencephalogram (EEG) data collection for faculty and thesis student projects, experiment set-up (programming and stimulus creation), data processing and analysis, and training undergraduate research assistants etc.

Human brain processes an enormous amount of sensory input every second, but it can only handle a fraction of those information at a chosen time point. How does attending to specific information change its mental representation? My research interests mainly focus on consciousness and its related topics, such as the neural mechanisms that give rise to the consciousness.
